Beginning this year, AGGC made a major decision to create a multi-level consulting system in order to provide top-quality service to existing customers with data-based solutions while aiming to increase its customer base in the St. Louis area.

Marketing Strategy


AG Group Consulting will improve its efforts in the Greater St. Louis area by implementing a multi-level consulting system. This means simultaneously utilizing talent in different areas. These areas include business development, digital marketing, legal, accounting, and design.


  • AG Group Consulting provides creative and personalized solutions to its customers by analyzing data professionally and uses it to effectively help companies make better business decisions. 
  • 4 years of existence in the market proved the need to take different expertise into consideration while building dynamic and personalized solutions for clients. The areas for improvement should be identified separately but need to simultaneously work as a whole. This is an actual need of our existing customers and is a solution lacking in overall services in the targeted region. 
  • Marketing Mix: AGGC aims to provide one-stop-shop consulting services in the Greater St. Louis area at a customized price (depending on company size/needs, ranging from $10,000 to $150000). Its services will be promoted on various channels - mostly local media, such as TV ads and newspapers.

Objectives


  • Increase the total number of customers by 25% annually, reaching out to more small to medium-sized local companies.
  • Increase the number of startups in the customer database by 20% by attending 2 startup events annually.
  • Increase annual revenue growth by 2.1%.
  • Improve design solutions in UI/UX by hiring 2 new designers to the team by September 2018.

Implementation


AG Group Consulting aims to increase its budget for promotions by 20% this year, giving importance to local media advertising.  One of the major goals of increasing the promotional budget is to reach out to smaller size companies and startups. AGGC will utilize expertise to provide the best market analysis, data-driven solutions, and assist in successful digital appearance in order to build a well-rounded strategy that can be sustained by the businesses themselves.
