Talk about what type of people you guys are. How would you describe your company as a whole? Are you a team of innovators, curious thinkers, generalists?
Is there a rule of thumb when it comes to treating others in the workplace? Is there a phrase that the company lives by? For example, the classroom motto: treat others the way you want to be treated.
Talk about where the company wants to be today and tomorrow. Think about the major goals that your company is determined to reach and what type of impact it is looking to make.
Solidarity is key. No one is just a developer or a designer. Your title is just a formality. Above all, we're a team.
Honesty is key at our company; however, excellence is never reached without some criticism. Take it. Use it. Give it.

We are all students, and we are all teachers. Chances are, the person sitting next to you knows a keyboard shortcut that can change your life.
We strive to be great. And details are everything. Every pixel, every line of code, and every tagline has to be perfect.
What is the general process in which your company gets work done? Does it involve daily scrum meetings? Or do you have systematic rounds of discussions and iterations?
What does a project timeline generally look like? From beginning to end, how do you describe the process? Are there clear hand-offs from one team to another. Is there an approval process?

Most companies have software for email, messaging, project management, etc. Do you use Slack, Trello, HootSuite, Medium, Adobe CC? What platforms are used?
This is very similar to productivity software, but here you would include physical tools such as computers, printers, scanners, servers, etc available in the office for use.

Are there important software that you guys use integrally for everyday communication? How does each member stay on top of every update from every department?
Here, you can talk about general policies your company upholds. What is your company's stance on workplace attire? Is it a pet-friendly place? Are there mandatory coffee breaks?

What are the perks of working for your company? Tell your employees about amenities available to them on a regular basis, whether it's coffee or a gym membership.
Are there special events that the company does together? Happy hours? Retreats? Nights playing bingo? Tell your employees about why they should be excited for the next holiday party!
Of course, there are several cases where an employee must take leave. It could be medically or personally related. It's up to you to decide which to specify. Consider vacation, sick days, general paid time off, and work-from-home protocols.
