Key Activities

Steps to our mission

Our main focus is to develop technology that propels our products to meet expectations from our consumers by building more eco-friendly BioTech Implants that provide accurate information. We also aim to expand teams that assist our clients and interact with investors and NPOs.

Unique Value Proposition

Our Solution to Inefficient Farming:

Decreasing Opportunity Costs:

Our BioTech Implants decreases unnecessary pesticide and fertilizer use among farms, decreasing cost of production and increasing profit for our clients.

Limiting Waste and Saving Our Planet:

This decrease in required resources fosters more healthy farms with increased lifespan and less deteriorated soil. In addition, our implants provide information to diminish waste, maintaining our overarching goal to provide environmentally friendly services.

Cutting-Edge Technology:

Ultimately, WasteCropper heavily relies on technological development and scientific research to enhance its product. Our Biotech Implants feature cutting-edge technology that will only improve with future research and experimentation. We are willing to cooperate with other firms and organizations to develop better technology.

Our mission is to provide farms with products that are both environmentally friendly and cost efficient.

Customer Relations

Building Bonds

We send out a team of experts to provide a quote for interested farms. The team also manages our premium support system for farms that use our services. Another team manages our connections to NPOs and investment firms, organizing collaborative projects and funding goals.

Customer Segments

Our Market

WasteCropper works in a multi-sided market with three main customer segments: farmers, research investment firms, and NPOs.

Farmers

seek to purchase biotech products that increase profit. They also might seek endorsements for a particular brand from investment firms or NPOs. Their consumption are the main source of our revenue.

Non-Profit Organizations

look for environmentally friendly products that decreases soil degradation in farms. Endorsements from NPOs help WasteCropper gain exposure to both farmers and investment firms.

Research Investment Firms

invests in companies with a large user base for their technology. In our case, as more farms use our product, more firms will invest in our future research to generate better products and improve our services.

These segments create a positive feedback loop drawing more farms and organizations towards our product.

Key Resources

Operational Assets

Our operation require labs, small farmlands, and material that allow us to experiment and create better products. We also need teams that specialize in biotechnology, agricultural methods, business management, and public relations to provide services and collaborate with other organizations.

Distribution Channels

Generating Interest

Our website and social media platforms advertise our product and contain contact info for our assistance team. We also strive to increase our presence among agricultural and scientific publications to attract attention from research investment firms and NPOs.

Cost Structure

WasteCropper is a firm with an increasing-cost structure. Over time, we seek to improve our cost structure to create more favorable returns to scale.

Our fixed costs include maintaining our teams of engineers and management staff, researching and developing new products, running our website, advertising on social media platforms, and working with NPOs on our current projects. Our variable costs mainly stems from installing products into farms and creating the reports need based on the service our clients subscribed to.

Revenue Streams

Our main source of revenue is the "farmers" segment of our consumer base.

In addition to our services, our revenue also include donations and investments from both organizations and individuals that help fund our research and production development.

Overall, based on these service fees, we would average over $32,770,000 of revenue annually from a combination of product sales and revenue.
