Case Study
Enterprise X came to us in 2015. Their business had been stunted, successful, profitable, steady but reached the maximum level of its growth. With rising competition, startups launching new business ideas in their field, their business had been under threat. They wanted to act quick before starting to lose a huge chunk of their mid-tier customers to technology companies. However they didn't have the resources to analyze the current status.
Our analysis revealed three main pockets of potential growth areas, steps towards digital transition and last minute saves on slipping away customers.

Case Study
After going through a transition in high level management, Enterprise ZED was ready to bring in some fresh air into their business. They wanted to keep the best parts of the legacy business, and the trusted brand name by their customers. They had avoided trendy moves over many years and resisted the digital take-over in their industry. They were able to stick to the basics and what they know the best. Some of their staff had been there since the beginning. They employed people from 5 generations. They had a family like culture, however product suffered.
While ZED had been strongly rooted in tradition, the conservatism of the management had prevented the company from transitioning their systems into the digital space in a timely manner. In early 2012 competitors started rising in the market and quickly launched online offerings, at lower prices, for the lower end of the market.
We helped ZED reposition their offering to protect their existing enterprise business. We connected them with the right partners to carry their offering into the cloud. We also identified new opportunities in the market, collaboration potential with industry partners in medical, aero-space and automative businesses.
