With mozzarella, roasted red peppers, and basil with Alfredo and garlic spread.
Bruschetta Caprese
A traditional topping of roma tomatoes, fresh mozzarella, basil, pesto, extra-virgin olive oil, and balsamic drizzle. Served with breadstick crostini.
Our Story
The Tomato Food Truck is an Italian inspired food truck, operating in Houston area that serves healthy and authentic Italian dishes. Chef Tony Montana left his homeland of Calabria, Italy in 1989 at the age of 21. After moving to Houston, he worked in many Italian restaurants perfecting his craft of Italian cuisine. His style of cooking takes inspiration from his hometown and has evolved over the years.

Monday through Friday
Lunch: 12-4pm @ Memorial Park
Dinner: 5-8pm @ Herman Brown Park
